Club Championships for remainder of 2021
As per the recent circular from Bowls NSW, the 2021 season will now finish on June 30th 2022. Please take the time to go over some of the information.
Illawarra Zone 16 has just released the program for the remainder of 2021 as well.
Club Windang match committee met today to reprogram the remainder of events for 2021. The following events will be open for nominations very shortly.
- Club Triples
- Senior Pairs
- Minor Singles
- Minor Pairs
- Major Minor Pairs
- Mixed Fours.
Online and written entries should be available on Saturday. QR codes will be used for quick access to the online entries. All Championship nominations will be open at the same time and close as required. Check the program below. This also includes the Illawarra Zone 16 program.
Club Championships for remainder of 2021 – Program.
Round 1 & Round 2 are “double headers” for Club Triples, Minor Singles, Minor Pairs, & Major Minor Pairs with more than enough time to get that first round out of the way. Organise with your opposition to reschedule your game if required. The presentation will likely be set back to the end of the June 2022 when all the championships should be completed. Date and Format yet to be confirmed.
In closing, the Match Committee also discussed certain aspects of the 2022-2023 season.
- Single Gender Pennants to start some time after July 1st 2022.
- Open Pennants to start 2023.
- Single and Open Gender Championships.
- Champion of Champion Events.
- Formats of Events.
Membership renewals are also due by November 30th. You must be financial to take part in the remainder of the championships.
