2020 Club Fours Championship

Our 2020 Club Fours Championship commenced Saturday 11th Jan 2020. Four rounds saw a total of 56 bowlers take part in 14 teams over 2 days.

Defending 2019 Champions Phil Greatorix, Rob Jordan Danny Johnson & Peter Sturm were bundled out in the Semi Finals by Daniel Davies’ team. Peter Sturm was replaced by Richard Waldron after Peter suffered an elbow injury prior to the start of the Championship.

The finalists were Chris Jedryhowski, Wayne Kelly, John Penno & Paul Cable up against Dave Tyrrell, Chris Bradley, Geoff Walker & Daniel Davies.

A close tussle from the start saw a score of 5-4 on 7 ends with Davies’ team gathering momentum, taking out the championship with a final score of 26-10
