Well done to our 2023-2024 Men’s Triples Champions – Rhyley Ellem, Matt Grogan and Daniel Ellem proving too strong for their opposition – Terry McKay, Mark Haworth and Adam Blades.
Congratulations to both teams for making it to this stage!
The final was played this morning in near perfect conditions with both teams coming up with some great shots, much to the approval of the spectators.
It was great to see plenty of spectators out there supporting the bowlers as well.
A very proud moment for the father/son team of Daniel & Rhyley Ellem. Going back through the club records, the last time a father son team appeared in a Club Triples final was back in 1995 when Jim & Michael Wolter teamed up with John Dupille to take out the title.
Again, Congratulations all and thanks for the great game!
