Round 3 Pennant Update

Great results for our Pennant Sides during round 3 this week!

• Grade 2 v Figgy – Just going down 4.5 to 5.5. Outstanding performance by Gopher’s rink to cover a 20 shot deficit to force a draw on the Main Board – 47 all.
• Grade 4 v Albion Park – Our 4’s picking up 9 points with a win 66 – 43. Pagey’s rink winning the majority of ends with no losses more than 2 shots.
• Grade 6 v Albion Park – A narrow win for our 6’s 62 – 57. Gaining 9.5 points. Jimbo’s rink storming home to force a draw 19 all.
• Grade 7.2 v Kiama – A good win 70 – 49 and 9 points for our 7.2’s. Stevo’s rink winning the majority of ends with no losses more than 2 shots as well.
• Grade 7.4 v Dapto Citizens – Another close game, just going down 50 – 56. Andrew’s rink picking up a point with a great game, winning the majority of ends with no losses more than 2 shots.

Our best performed team so far are the 7.2’s with some excellent stats. Check out the “Hi Scores To Date” on the Statistics link for the round.

A reminder to all of our bowlers that we do have a Code of Conduct and Selection Policy that we should always endeavour to follow. Players are more than welcome to attend the Selectors meeting, providing feedback or voicing concerns. This weeks meeting will be apron 4:00pm today.
