NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING AND RESOLUTIONS.
NOTICE is hereby given of a General Meeting of all Full Financial Bowling Members (Registered with BOWLS NSW) of WINDANG BOWLS CLUB LIMITED to be held on SUNDAY 16th MAY 2021 commencing at the hour of 9:00am at the premises of the Club, Judbooley Parade, Windang, NSW.
The nature of the business of the meeting shall be:
1. OPENING AND WELCOME BY THE CHAIRPERSON.
1. 1 Apologies.
1. 2 Unification.
A vote of 51% affirmative is required for the resolutions to be passed.
2 AMENDMENT OF ASSOCIATION CONSTITUTION
The following is moved as a Special Resolution:
A. That the constitution of the Royal NSW Bowling Association Limited (RNSWBA) be amended and replaced with the Constitution marked with the letter “A”.

Alternatively, all Member Information can be found on the BOWLS NSW website at:
If the special resolution is approved, the following is moved as an Ordinary Resolution;
B. That the boards of RNSWBA and the New Bowls Entity be authorised to take all necessary steps to effect the above resolution.
